He is seated in the full lotus meditative posture (<i data-path-to-node=\"0\" data-index-in-node=\"291\">dhyanasana<\/i>) atop an elaborately detailed double-lotus base. His primary hands are joined at his chest in the\u00a0<i data-path-to-node=\"0\" data-index-in-node=\"400\">anjali mudra<\/i>\u00a0(gesture of prayer and greeting), cradling a wish-fulfilling jewel that symbolizes ultimate bodhicitta. His upper right hand holds a\u00a0<i data-path-to-node=\"0\" data-index-in-node=\"546\">mala<\/i>\u00a0(crystal rosary) for counting mantras, while his upper left hand holds a blooming lotus flower, representing spiritual purity and cosmic unfolding.
